Meet Attorney Steven E. Foskett

Steve Foskett, Attorney at Law, is a 1984 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He attended law school at North Carolina Central University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1987. He was a law clerk to Chief Judge Loren Smith of the Uniteds States Claims Court from 1987-1989. Since 1989 he has practiced law in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Mr. Foskett has a long-standing practice of handling both court case and office matters. He appears in court for you and will take care of traffic cases, driving while license revoked, DWI, and misdemeanor criminal cases. In many situations, the client will not need to appear in court as Mr. Foskett can handle the matter satisfactorily without the need of the client's presence.

Mr. Foskett also handles Driver's License Restoration matters. If you are charged with a DWLR, we may be able to resolve the current case and take care of the old matters so that your license can be restored.

In addition, Attorney Foskett handles divorce, child visitation, and child custody cases. These cases, except for simple divorce, require the client's appearance for a hearing in court. With proper preparation and good counsel, this appearance can be less stressful and your results can be enhanced.

Mr. Foskett has an office practice involving the closing of numerous real estate matters such as purchases and refinance. He also handles the preparation of wills and trusts and complete estate work associated with them.
